Hair apparently plays a big role in the lives of women. A healthy shiny thick lush mane—or the lack thereof—can define or defy the physical beauty of a woman. Therefore, it’s no surprise that hair loss in women has become an issue of note and interest. Moreover, there are about 30 million women who are enduring the bothersome and distressing condition of alopecia or hair loss. Hair loss in women are due to a lot of factors—aging, change in hormone levels, stress, crash diets, frequent styling of hair, and inconsistent use of hair products and treatments.
